  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cups Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cups Marshmallow creme
  • 0.75 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
  2. Puree half of the strawberries and spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in marshmallow creme and remaining strawberries. Spread over the fruit layer and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread or pipe on top of the chilled pie as a decorative border or topping.
