Preparation Steps
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.
- Lay egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Top each with 2-3 tablespoons of the strawberry cream cheese mixture.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold bottom corner over filling, then roll tightly. Fold in sides and continue rolling to seal.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers. Spray or brush the outside with cooking oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Transfer to a plate to cool. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
