Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Peel and chop all root vegetables into uniform 1-inch pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil, thyme, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
