  • 8 sheets phyllo dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fat free whipped topping
  • 1 can mandarin oranges 11 oz, drained
  • 4 kiwi kiwifruit peeled and sliced
  • 1.5 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 oz white baking chocolate melted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and oil.
  2. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet and brush with the butter mixture.
  3. Repeat layering with remaining sheets, brushing each with butter.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and beat well.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled phyllo layer.
  8. Top with mandarin oranges, kiwi slices, and strawberries.
  9. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top.
