Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with baking spray. Set aside.
- Remove wrappers of the mini Reese’s cups; cut 22 into quarters and toss with 1 tbsp flour. Set aside. Cut remaining 6 in half for topping.
- In a medium bowl, combine 2.5 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Add flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour. Mix on low speed.
- Gently fold quartered mini Reese’s cups into batter with spatula.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Top with halved Reese’s cups for decoration.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
- Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
