  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 can peach pie filling (21 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat melted butter with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until crumbly dough forms. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
  4. Press remaining crumbs into the prepared baking dish to form a crust.
  5. In a bowl, combine peach pie filling with cinnamon. Pour over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs evenly over the filling.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Allow to cool.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
