  • 1.25 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 0.75 cup bottled ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation Steps
  1. Place chicken cutlets and Italian dressing into a large zip-top bag; marinate for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 475°F; bring chicken to room temperature.
  3. Mix shredded Italian cheese blend with ranch dressing; set aside.
  4. Combine melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, garlic salt, and parsley flakes; set aside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Add chicken and cook 4-5 minutes per side, ensuring internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Reduce heat; add cheese mixture evenly on top of chicken.
  8. Top chicken with breadcrumb mixture.
  9. Transfer skillet to oven; bake for 8-10 minutes until melted and golden.
  10. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
