  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1.2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation Steps
  1. Roast the hazelnuts at 350°F for 10 minutes, then remove skins and cool.
  2. Process roasted hazelnuts in a food processor until finely ground.
  3. Add chocolate chips to the food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Mix in condensed milk and cocoa powder until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
