- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan or a 10-inch fluted tube pan with no-stick cooking spray and dust with flour.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, lime yogurt, oil, eggs, lime peel, and lime juice on low speed for 1 minute until moistened. Then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 to 44 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, melted butter, lime juice, and milk until smooth. Spoon the glaze over the cooled cake. Garnish with additional lime peel if desired. Enjoy!
