- In a large soup pot, cook and crumble the sausage and ground beef over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until aromatic. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-high, add pasta, and simmer until noodles are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat once noodles are cooked. In a small bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella cheeses.
