Preparation Steps
- Add soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken stock, and pepper to the insert of the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts into the liquid inside the pot.
- Lock the lid and set the pressure valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes (for fresh chicken) or 15 minutes (for frozen), then quick release.
- Remove the chicken from the pot, slice, and drizzle with the remaining sauce to serve.
