Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
  • 1 teaspoon 21 Salute Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley optional for garnishing

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts, season with 21 Salute, salt, and pepper. Sear without moving for 5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook another 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside. Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up browned bits. Let it bubble for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
