  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Assemble each sandwich by placing a slice of tomato and mozzarella on one slice of bread, top with pepperoni, then cover with another bread slice.
