- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and set aside. Pour the beer into another bowl.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beer batter, and again into the flour mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 12-15 minutes per batch.
- Drain the fried chicken on paper towels and serve hot.
