- Add chopped onion, green pepper, orange pepper, and yellow pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin. Mix well.
- Add salsa, chicken broth, and uncooked rice. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
