  • 2.5 cups marshmallow
  • 4 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups glucose syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 cup assorted candies and chocolates

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Grease a large baking dish or silicone mold for shaping the baskets.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the glucose syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the rice cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared mold to form basket shapes.
  6. Allow the baskets to set completely, then fill with assorted candies and chocolates.
