  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 5 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cups jelly beans, mini marshmallows, candies, chocolates

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Coat a 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray and line with seran wrap; set aside.
  2. Combine marshmallow creme and butter in a large saucepan and cook on low until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Stir in the cereal and mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared pan using a greased spatula.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Set up a double boiler; bring water to a simmer. Place chocolate chips, butter, and milk in a bowl above water and stir until melted.
  7. Spread melted chocolate over cooled cereal mixture.
  8. Decorate with candies and marshmallows.
  9. Use an egg-shaped cookie cutter to cut treats and serve or wrap for Easter baskets.
