Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton with water and fold into a triangle shape, sealing the edges.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
