  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Heath toffee bits
  • 0.75 cup butter flavored Crisco
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1.25 cups light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 oz milk chocolate morsels
  • 0.5 cup Heath toffee bits

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with graham cracker crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine condensed milk with semi sweet chocolate morsels and butter. Heat over medium heat until smooth, then pour over the crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup toffee bits.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat Crisco with brown sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in egg. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold in milk chocolate morsels. Spread over fudge layer and sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes. The dough may look slightly undercooked. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
