Preparation Steps
- Line a sheet pan with waxed paper.
- Peel bananas and cut in half.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half.
- Place bananas on the waxed paper and freeze for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in microwave, checking every 30 seconds.
- Prepare toppings on flat plates.
- Remove bananas from freezer.
- Dip each banana in melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Roll or sprinkle bananas with toppings and place back on waxed paper.
- Freeze for another hour until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt or drizzle with caramel.
