  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Tenderize chicken breasts and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Place seared chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Spread marinara sauce over each piece.
  5. Top each chicken breast with cottage cheese, then sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
