Preparation Steps
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add salt and pepper. Gradually pour in chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, peas and carrots, diced chicken, and rosemary. Stir to combine and heat through for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
