  • 10 pieces caramel squares
  • 0.25 cup water
  • optional toppings (sprinkles, M&Ms, chopped nuts, etc.)

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the apples. Insert a candy sucker stick into the bottom of each apple.
  3. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place on prepared baking sheets.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel squares and water. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the caramel over the chocolate-coated apples in any pattern.
  7. Add optional toppings like sprinkles, M&Ms, or chopped nuts on top of the caramel before it sets.
  8. Refrigerate the apples for 15-20 minutes to set the caramel and chocolate.

Notes

Add a pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor if desired.
