Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a prepared 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla, then beat to combine.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apple filling and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool completely, then spread caramel topping over the top.
Notes
For a richer flavor, drizzle with additional caramel sauce before serving.
