- Shred the broccoli using a food processor or a box grater.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded broccoli, kale, red cabbage, and dressing to make the slaw.
- Cook the chicken according to package instructions, then shred it with two forks.
- Heat buffalo wing sauce in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for one minute.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for another minute.
- Wipe the skillet clean and toast tortillas for 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with buffalo chicken, slaw, and feta cheese.
