  • 4 slices heirloom tomato thin slices
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven or toaster to toast the bagels to your liking.
  2. In a skillet, spray with olive oil and cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Scramble the beaten eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in the same skillet until just set.
  4. Slice the bagels in half and toast.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by layering scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, and red pepper flakes on each bagel half.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
