  • 4 pieces croissants
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.125 cup brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 0.125 cup cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread croissants on the bottom of the dish. Set aside.
  2. In a medium size bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over the croissants.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
  4. Bake, uncovered, in a 350°F preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Serve hot.
