  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz each)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 packages Cream Cheese (8 oz each, softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 3 bananas bananas sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Place the crust in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
  3. Whisk together pudding mixes and milk in a bowl for 2 minutes. Stir in whipped topping.
  4. Spread pudding mixture over the prepared crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
  5. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in vanilla and whipped topping.
  6. Spread cream cheese layer over pudding layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  7. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add light brown sugar and stir until bubbly.
  8. Add heavy cream, stir, and cook until mixture thickens slightly.
  9. Add bananas and pecans; cook until bananas are tender and caramelized.
  10. Pour caramelized banana topping over the cheesecake. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
