  • 2 lbs wild salmon filet with skin
  • 0.25 cup light mayo
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Combine mayo, Parmesan, garlic, and herbs in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon, skin side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of the salmon.
  4. Bake uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and registers 135°F internally.

This baked salmon pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
