Ingredients

  • 2 count tomatoes
  • 1 count avocado
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix it all together. Give it a taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
  2. Finish and serve. Add feta, and gently mix it in. Serve right away or cover and chill for 2 hours in the fridge.

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
