  • 4 pounds Turkey breast (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 0.5 tablespoon Turkey or poultry seasoning (dry)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season evenly with salt and poultry seasoning. Ensure the seasoning is well distributed on all sides.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the turkey breast skin-side down and cook for 20 minutes. Turn the breast over and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes before carving to allow the juices to redistribute.

Optional: Brine the turkey for extra moisture and flavor before cooking.
