  • 3 large eggs eggs
  • 0.33 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 slices thick bread (cut into sticks, 3 per slice)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In shallow bowl, beat together eggs, pumpkin, milk, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar with fork until well combined.
  2. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick spray. Dip bread sticks into batter, flipping to coat thoroughly. Place into basket with space in between, cook at 360°F for 5 minutes, flip, then cook another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Repeat with remaining bread, stirring batter before each dip. Serve with optional syrup or fruit.
